Rochelle's love for sports came at an early age when her father would take her to boxing and wrestling matches and basketball games.  She grew up an LA Lakers and Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoys high school and college sports.  Fun facts - as a child, she was a competitive dancer, gymnast, cheerleader, and national-level baton twirler.  Rochelle is a freelance magazine writer in the sports and fitness industry whose work has been published internationally for over 20 years.  Her background in television news and production, plus a passion for sports provides much of the inspiration for the videos produced for elev8 Sports Media. "Sports play an important role in young lives. The discipline, determination, hard work shapes you and teaches you how to face life’s adversities," she says.  "Whether you're an elite athlete who'll be playing at the next level or an athlete who plays a sport for fun, there's a story there and I want to share that with others."

Originally from the Big Island of Hawaii, Myles grew up on the beach surfing every day and excelled in football, baseball, and basketball throughout high school.  As a young man, Myles was inspired and trained by his uncle, a power lifter, to work out daily and never miss a workout. Myles later competed in bodybuilding shows and became a national contender in pursuit of a pro card.  His 4-year stint in the Air Force led him to California where he now resides.  "The impact that sports have had in my life taught me real-life lessons such as: discipline, leadership, and confidence that have made me who I am today," he says.  "elev8 Sports Media allows me an avenue to take all of those lessons and pay it forward to the youth in our community.  Sometimes it's the smallest things like giving kids some recognition that later sparks greatness."  

Tami started shooting sports in 2008 at her son's last football game and never stopped.  This talented mother of 5 loves photography and is known for her artistic eye in the unique banners and posters that she designs for local sports teams.  Besides sports photography, Tami also enjoys shooting family portraits, weddings, and senior graduation photos. She loves the challenge and reward in getting that "perfect" shot and believes that the best part about photography is that she is limited only by her creativity.  Tami has been with elev8 since 2017 and can often be found taking photos every week on the sidelines of local high school football and basketball games.  "elev8 has given me the opportunity to grow and push my creative boundaries through photography and design.  I enjoy working with coaches, athletic directors, athletes, and families and seeing their reactions when they see their photos for the first time.  I'm excited to be here!".

Many years ago, Chris worked as a DJ and started taking pictures for extra money with a basic camera.  Three years and three cameras later, he finally bought his first DSLR and tried to enroll in a photography class that was already over capacity.  As luck would have it, the instructor allowed him to sit in class for weeks until there was room to join.  This class and instructor also served as a turning point in Chris' life as it ultimately marked the beginning of a new career.  For the last decade, Chris has run a successful business as a sought-after wedding and portrait photographer in the Central Valley.  Once he ventured into sports photography and video, the results have been amazing. His technical knowledge in audio and lighting have added a new dimension to our photos and highlights.  "I'm extremely grateful to be a part of the team at elev8 and excited to be able to work in a whole different industry than I've been used to," he says.  "I feel like I am being challenged to new heights in a completely different realm and can't wait to see where we can go with this!"
